Your help is needed!

Sounds of quiet conversation and laughter.
The company of good friends.
Smells of food and drink.
Genuine Hospitality.

We are slowly heading toward discovering the “New Normal” and we all know we crave all of the above.

COFFEE HOUSE 1420 will prove to be a leader in the new normal!

Every great town has that iconic corner coffee house, and Vero Beach deserves one too.  The place where business deals are brokered, the bridge group meets for lunch, young adults have coffee dates, a quick stop for a cup of joe on your way to the office.

COFFEE HOUSE 1420 is community, its YOURS!
…and I am grateful to you for your help in me getting it open.

I have started a GoFundMe campaign to make it easier for you to help build your community!

construction photos - entranceTo those that have already contributed to this iconic community project, I say “Thank You!”
If you haven’t yet, would you please consider?
May I borrow $10?  $5?
Can you please share this post?
No gift is too small and every dollar counts.  Every contributor will be invited to a private WELCOME gathering once I get open, and I am currently working on a “Partner’s Reward Program” for all contributors at different levels, I will reveal that soon.

I also must thank Michael Schlitt Construction!  Michael and his team of talented contractors have done an amazing remodel of the former space, and his design elements and re-use of materials has proven to be cost-saving and responsible.

With his work nearly complete, your coffee house is ready for furniture and kitchen equipment, and then we’ll get brewing!  Your generous partnering with COFFEE HOUSE 1420 through GoFundMe will afford me to outfit the space and get us open as quickly as possible.

If you were ever in the former Jetson’s Builders Showcase located here, you will not recognize the new space!
